用于初步判断 Partner (Residence) (Class BS) 申请是否满足 Schedule 1 的 valid application requirements。

Class BS 的申请人必须在澳大利亚境内，但不能正在 immigration clearance。
用于判断是否属于 subitem (2A)。
用于判断是否属于 subitem (2B)。
包括 Subclasses 100, 110, 309, 310, 801, 814, 820, 826 及其历史 Spouse / Partner / Interdependency 类别。
如“是”，可能通过 subitem (3A)(a) 被视为满足 paragraph (3)(e)。
Partner 必须是 Australian citizen / Australian permanent resident / eligible New Zealand citizen。

Subitem (2A)： 当前持有 Prospective Marriage (Temporary) (Class TO) 且寻求满足 801.221(6AA)。

Subitem (3)(b)： 申请人必须在澳大利亚境内，但不得处于 immigration clearance。
Subitem (3)(c)： family unit member 可与主申请人 same time + same place + combined。
Subitem (3)(d)： 当前持 820 / 309 时，递交前 21 日不得有列明的 Partner / Spouse / Interdependency refusal。
Subitem (3)(e)–(3A)： s 48 applicant 的拒签历史、partner approved form、两份 6 周内 statutory declarations，以及 dependent child deeming rule。
