2022年QLD 州担保分为4个类别
在QLD工作居住的申请人（skilled workers living in Queensland）
对于190申请，在过去6个月，需要全职工作超过35小时， EOI分数达到80分 (除非申请人是trades 需要75分）。对于190申请人需要有proficient English, trades 需要 Competent English. 对于491申请，需要过去3个月，在边远地区全职工作超过35小时每周， EOI分数达到65分。
Accountants有特别需要在会计师事务所工作的合同
Auditor有特别需要从事审计工作，不能是会计工作
Cook and Chefs 不可以是快餐生意
在境外的申请人 （skilled workers living offshore）
对于190申请，需要至少有3年的工作经验， EOI分数达到80分 。 对于491申请，需要65分。分数高的申请人优先邀请。申请人都需要有proficient 的英文。最大的问题是QSOL 清单上的职业不丰富。教师，护士相关职业很难拿到职业评估，计算机和工程相关的申请人还有一定的机会。

QLD大学的毕业生 （Graduates of QLD university）
PHD 申请人必须是在QLD大学2年内完成课程， 可以申请190 或者 491签证 无需job offer
Master degree 必须2年内在QLD大学完成课程，如果是STEM领域的学位， 有一个专业相关的至少35个小时每周的工作，如果是非STEM专业毕业的申请人有相关全职工作的只能申请491。如果是bachelor degree 的申请人，必须GPA达到5.5 以上，有相关全职工作，可以申请491。
SBO 项目要求
Eligibility criteria for the Subclass 491 Small Business Owners pathway has been updated by BSMQ. Updated BSMQ criteria requires you to: SBO 项目对于申请人的要求从今日开始做出了如下新的规定。
- have an occupation on HA s Legislative instrument (LIN 19/051) 必须有一个可以担保的相关职业评估
- have prior business experience (operating the business successfully for at least 6 months meets this criteria), qualifications to successfully run the business, or previous family-run business experience. 在购买生意前，申请人必有有至少6个月的相关经商经验，相关学历，或者以前家庭生意运营的经验。
- be on a visa that allows full-time work and operation of the business for a minimum of 35 hours per week 申请人必须持有一个可以全职工作的工作许可
- have purchased an existing business in regional Queensland (Note: not available for start-ups or home-based businesses, franchise businesses must have been operating for at least a year prior to purchase) 在QLD的偏远地区购买了一个生意 （必须不是初创或者家庭生意），连锁生意必须在购买前已经有至少一年的运营历史。
- invested a minimum of $100,000 in the business prior to submitting an EOI 在提交EOI之前至少已经投资了$100,000 到了公司
- have 100% ownership of the business (partnerships or joint ventures not eligible) 必须持有公司100%的股份
- be trading in the business for 6 months prior to application 在申请之前必须运营了公司超过6个月
- employ one (1) employee who is an Australian resident working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Please note: an Australian resident for 491-SBO purposes is an Australian permanent resident, Australian citizen or New Zealand citizen on a subclass 444 Special Category visa. 至少雇用了一个每周工作不少于20小时的澳洲人
- provide evidence of sufficient settlement funds. 有足够的额外资金来定居
